2022 Nuit Blanche White Pinot Noir

That rare breed…an expressively beautiful white wine made from fully ripe red grapes.
Crafted entirely from estate Pinot Noir fruit that was hand-harvested, chilled overnight and
then gently pressed with our champagne press protocol. Only the very heart of the juice is
selected so there’s no skin color. The six-week fermentation occurs entirely in neutral French
oak barrels utilizing native yeast from the grapes themselves.

The 2022 edition of our Nuit Blanche White Pinot is a shimmering white gold color in the glass
with notes of fresh apricot, orange blossom, pomelo, white flowers and slate. The palate has a
pleasingly silky texture full of ripe pear, meyer lemon and golden delicious apples. With plenty
of fresh and lively acidity at its core, this is a superb food wine perfect for Mediterranean fare,
salmon, truffle pizza or our personal favorite…all things Thanksgiving. Can be enjoyed now or
anytime over the next 3 to 4 years.
