Compact, dense and detailed, this will need time and a bit of warmth to unpack all its flavors. Serve it too cold and a lot of subtle aromatics and other details are concealed. Warm it up in your glass and a sniff or two yields suggestions of almonds, lime, wet stone, green banana...
