A blend of the three traditional grapes of Champagne---72% Pinot Noir, 14% Chardonnay, 14% Pinot Meunier---this is a white sparkling wine made from predominantly red grapes. This Extra Brut wine was disgorged in the summer of 2024 with 3.0 g/L of sweetness.
