Our first ever 100% Pashey Pinot Meunier sparkling wine was made exclusively from a cool, eastern sloping single acre of ancient marine sediments located on the middle bench of the Trisaetum Coast Range Estate. Pleasing aromas of golden apple, pear, white flowers and peach unwind from the glass while it’s full-bodied palate is balanced with a remarkable mineral-laden precision. The layered core of fruit persists through an intensely long finish.

After 30 months on tirage, this inaugural bottling was disgorged in July 2023 with 3.5 grams of dosage. A scant 471 bottles were produced. The least known of Champagne’s three main varietals, this Pinot Meunier is a wonderful example of how delicious this grape can be with the long hang times that come from being grown in one of the north Willamette Valley’s coolest vineyards.
