2019 Pashey Brut Rosé
Library Release
92 Points, International Wine Report
“A lovely sparkling Rosé that is comprised of 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay. Aromas of fresh white peach, toasted almonds, brioche, and just a hint of raspberry essence are all present in the glass. It’s a gorgeous light peach and salmon color in the glass and delivers a delicate mousse and a lemony and brioche finish.” - International Wine Report
Tasting Notes
Expressive aromas of red cherries, white flower blossoms and red apple on the nose lead to a very flavorful palate of fresh oanges, red raspberries and cream.
