Wine Profile
Production Notes
2019 Vintage Notes: After five warmer vintages in a row, 2019 provided some challenges typically associated with growing grapes in a cool viticultural climate like the Willamette Valley. A cool weather pattern began in early September and allowed sparkling grapes to hang longer than we typically see. Grapes for Pashey were harvested over an 11-day period from September 3rd until September 13th. just before the rains that challenged the rest of the 2019 harvest arrived. Temperatures during the sparkling harvest averaged an almost perfect 60 degrees F.
