Tasting Notes
Notes of woodsy bay laurel, fresh violets, and black currants. The palate adds ripe blackberry and eucalyptus with dried thyme and lavender that accents the deep, complex fruit. Structured for aging but approachable even in its youth.
Seven Hills Vineyard
Sourced exclusively from the famed Seven Hills Vineyard in Walla Walla, fruit is picked and transported via refrigerated truck to Trisaetum on the same day.

Wine Profile
Production Notes
2018 Vintage Notes: In 2018, Washington experienced a warm growing season, but one balanced by moderate weather as harvest approached. A brief rain shower just before Labor Day brought a breath of cooler air that lasted through much of September and October. Ripening slowed, allowing more time for the grapes to develop mature flavors.
