2017 Vintage Notes: The 2017 vintage started with a cool and wet spring that pushed budbreak back, but a very hot summer accelerated the season back on track. Once harvest arrived, the weather turned ideal, with warm days and cool evenings producing ripe wines with bright acidities. Most found wines from the 2017 vintage in Walla Walla to be more nuanced than past vintages.
