2017 Vintage

Dense and full-bodied on the palate, yet possessing enough refinement with its generous fine-grained tannins and well-placed acidity, this is to be enjoyed over the next 20 years.

2018 Vintage

Notes of woodsy bay laurel, fresh violets, and black currants.  The palate adds ripe blackberry and eucalyptus with dried thyme and lavender that accents the deep, complex fruit.  Structured for aging but approachable even in its youth.  

2019 Vintage

Enticing aromas of blackberry, sage, black pepper and toasted spice; deeply layered with beautiful purity, the wine has ample tannin structure for a long life.
