Production Notes
2016 Vintage Notes: The 2016 Pashey harvest started early in the morning on August 24th, when we picked Chardonnay from the Ribbon Ridge vineyard for our Blanc de Blancs. On August 29th, we made our first pick of Pinot Noir for the Estates Cuvée and Brut Rosé from the Coast Range estate. Finally, on September 7th, for the first time ever, we picked Chardonnay from the Coast Range estate for a Blanc de Blancs.
