TRISAETUM WINE TASTING
Join us for a wine tasting immersed in the breathtaking vineyard views from our covered patio, or among our winemaker’s abstract expressionist paintings in our art gallery tasting room. We offer three wine flights daily, showcasing a curated selection of our red, white and sparkling varietals from across our three estate vineyards.

Each vintage, a small selection of Pinot Noir barrels stand out to our artist winemaker for their uniqueness and quality. In this one-of-a-kind reserve tasting, enjoy both our exclusive Artist Series, each a distinct bottling of Pinot Noir paired with one of our winemaker’s paintings, along with our best reserve and limited library offerings available. This tasting represents Trisaetum’s truest reflection of both the canvas and the cellar.

BARREL CAVE PRIVATE TASTING
To enjoy a uniquely immersive tasting, join us for a curated private tasting experience in our subterranean barrel cave. Surrounded by French oak barrels filled with our aging vintages and sparkling wine bottles en tirage, enjoy a reserve tasting of hand-selected, limited-production releases with a dedicated wine educator and complimentary cheese and charcuterie board. This tasting serves as a celebration of the finest red, white, and sparkling wines that we have to offer.

For true wine lovers looking for an unforgettable experience, and for the first time in our 20-year history, we’re offering an opportunity to learn how Trisaetum crafts our acclaimed family of wines. A tour guide from the Trisaetum winemaking team will begin by teaching you about our viticulture before leading you on a curated walk through our Ribbon Ridge vineyard. You’ll then discover how we transform those grapes into wine and even get a taste of our 2025 wines from the barrel. Finally, you’ll be guided through a Ribbon Ridge tasting flight, complete with a cheese and charcuterie board, concluding your journey from vine to wine.

Spirits Tasting Experiences
Brixeur Spirits Cottage Tasting
In this beautifully appointed and intimate setting, we offer Brixeur Spirits tastings for groups of up to four people with three flights to choose from – clear spirits (gin & vodka), whiskey enthusiast, or a mixed collection. Each flight showcases three of our individual spirits and is followed by two mini-cocktails created from a combination of our favorite ingredients.

BRIXEUR SPIRITS TASTING
Join us for an elevated spirits tasting in our art gallery tasting room, or enjoy the expansive vineyard views from our covered patio. We offer these tastings seven days a week and provide you with your choice of a clear spirits or whiskey flight with mini-cocktails to enjoy at the end.

FAQs
Do you take walk-ins? Though reservations are appreciated, we will make every effort to accept walk-ins of groups of 6 or less. You can also call ahead to let us know that you will be visiting.
Do you offer outdoor seating? Yes, we offer two patio areas for guests to enjoy a tasting; one area is completely covered with optional heaters and the other is open with options for sun and shade.
Do you allow outside food? We do not allow outside food but we do offer cheese & charcuterie plates for your enjoyment.
Do you allow dogs? Yes! Dogs are allowed on our outside patio only. They must be leashed and under the control of their owner at all times.
Do you allow minors? We ask that all guests be over 21 please.
Do you offer glasses or bottles to enjoy onsite? Glasses of our wine can be enjoyed in our tasting room or on our patio, but we do not currently offer bottle service.
What is your large group policy? For groups larger than 6, we require a reservation. If you have a large group request, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Do you allow smoking or vaping? Unfortunately, smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Can some members of our party taste wine and some taste spirits? Yes! Please make a reservation for our tasting room or patio and we can accommodate both wine and spirits tastings. We do not offer wine tastings in our spirits cottage.
May guests share tastings? Yes, we allow guests to share tastings.
Which wine varietals can we enjoy in a tasting? We offer multiple wine flights daily, featuring a wide range of the still and sparkling styles and varietals we craft, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinot Meunier.
Which Willamette Valley AVAs can we taste at Trisaetum? You can enjoy wine from three different AVAs as all three of our estate vineyards are located in a different AVA; Ribbon Ridge AVA, Yamhill-Carlton AVA, and Dundee Hills AVA.
Do you offer private tasting experiences? Yes, we offer private, curated wine tastings in our barrel cave with a dedicated wine educator November – June. We can also host you in our speakeasy cottage for a private spirits tasting year-round.
Do you offer vineyard tours? Yes – during the summer, we offer an educational walkthrough of our full winemaking process with a member of our winemaking team, including a tour of our Ribbon Ridge vineyard, view of our production spaces, and barrel tasting.
