A succulent wine with a bright mineral and floral finish that lasts. This harmonious and balanced wine can be poured as an aperitif or pairs extremely well with artisan cheeses, foie gras, clams, oysters, or Chinese-glazed pork.

Winemaker’s Notes: Pale white gold in color, our 2007 Lassa Riesling has a seductive nose of honey-suckle, ripe pear, and wet slate. The ripe and luscious creamed honey flavor is accented by peach and pear notes throughout its long finish. A single-barrel selection of 1969 planted vines keeps the palate light despite the wine’s density, making it a wonderful companion for dessert or with spicy dishes.
