• Enrollment in a club is a one year commitment
• Your membership will automatically renew each subsequent year
• Cancellation for club membership in future years must be received in writing prior to any shipments
• Members are billed at time of shipment for wine (less discount), shipping, and applicable sales tax
• It is the members obligation to notify Trisaetum of any address change before wines are shipped
• Members must be 21 or older and a signature from an individual 21 or over is required for delivery
• Wine club shipments can only be made to states where wine can legally be shipped
